**Hired** is hiring a **Business Analyst** to bridge business requirements and technical execution, working closely with product and engineering teams.
🔹 **Key Responsibilities:**
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Model business processes using flowcharts, BPMN, and similar tools
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and align project expectations
• Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs and outcomes
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering on solution design and acceptance criteria
• Conduct UAT and support post-launch adoption
Job Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology or consulting
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar BI tools
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working asynchronously across time zones
