**Hired** is hiring an **HR Generalist** to support the full employee lifecycle in a fully remote environment.
🔹 **Key Responsibilities:**
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
• Handle employee questions and concerns
• Administer benefits, leave, and HRIS records
• Support performance reviews and compensation planning
• Maintain HR policies, employee handbooks, and compliance documentation
• Support managers with employee relations matters
Job Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in HR Generalist or People Operations roles
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as BambooHR, Rippling, or Workday
• Knowledge of US employment law is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong confidentiality and discretion
• Structured problem-solving and strong organizational skills
• Comfortable working asynchronously across time zones
