**Hired** is hiring an **IT Support Specialist** to provide second-line technical support and handle systems administration responsibilities in a fully remote environment.
🔹 **Key Responsibilities:**
• Resolve escalated technical support tickets
• Administer Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Okta
• Manage device provisioning, MDM, and lifecycle
• Maintain identity, access, and security controls
• Document IT procedures and improve runbooks
• Collaborate with Security and Engineering teams
Job Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in IT Support, SysAdmin, or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and SaaS platforms
• Experience with Jamf, Kandji, or Intune
• Familiarity with Okta or Azure AD
• Knowledge of networking, DNS, and basic security principles
• Comfortable with PowerShell, Bash, or Python
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently across time zones
