💼 **Position:** Commercial Manager
Baya is looking for an experienced **Commercial Manager** to drive pricing, margin management, sales planning, commercial operations, and profitable growth.
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute commercial & business growth plans
• Drive pricing, margin management, and revenue performance
• Manage key commercial contracts and partnerships
• Analyze market data, customer trends, and commercial performance
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain & Finance teams
• Monitor KPIs, targets, revenue, and profitability
• Prepare commercial reports and business insights
• Lead process improvements to enhance efficiency and revenue
Job Requirements:
💼 **5+ years of experience** in e-commerce / growth marketing
📈 Proven track record of driving measurable revenue growth for a DTC brand
🛒 Strong hands-on experience with **Shopify, Amazon & Performance Marketing**
🌍 Experience launching into new markets — GCC experience is a plus
📊 Strong commercial & analytical skills
🤝 Experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams
📋 Strong contract management and negotiation skills
🎓 Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
💻 Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills
🗣️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
⭐ Experience in **FMCG, consumer products, multi-channel retail, or sustainability-focused businesses** is an advantage.
