Cargoz.com is looking for a detail-oriented **Accounts Payable Executive** to manage vendor payments, reconciliations, invoices, and financial documentation in a fully remote environment.
🔹 **Key Responsibilities:**
• Review and process supplier invoices
• Match invoices with POs and supporting documents
• Prepare payment schedules and coordinate approvals
• Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare AP ageing reports
• Support month-end closing and VAT compliance
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers
• Identify opportunities for AI & automation
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable / Finance
• Fluent Arabic & excellent English
• Strong accounting knowledge
• Good command of Excel — VLOOKUP & Pivot Tables
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
