micro1 is looking for experienced **Corporate Finance Experts** to contribute real-world financial expertise to projects focused on training next-generation AI systems.
🤖 **No prior AI experience required** — your corporate finance expertise is what matters.
### 🔹 What You’ll Do:
• Create realistic **budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis** scenarios
• Build and curate financial models, spreadsheets & reconciliations
• Develop accurate solutions with clear financial reasoning
• Create detailed evaluation rubrics for AI-generated financial work
• Evaluate numerical accuracy, methodology and business reasoning
• Communicate financial findings and recommendations clearly
Job Requirements:
✅ **5+ years** of corporate finance experience
✅ Direct ownership of a **P&L or significant departmental budget**
✅ Strong experience with month-end / quarter-end close
✅ Advanced **financial modeling & variance analysis**
✅ Exceptional numerical accuracy and analytical skills
✅ Strong written & verbal English
⭐ CPA, CFA, FMVA or MBA is a plus
💰 **Compensation is output-based** — payment is per approved task, with minimum weekly submission requirements.
