micro1 is looking for experienced **IT / Systems Managers** to contribute their expertise to a project focused on training next-generation AI systems.
🤖 **No prior AI experience required** — your IT leadership and technical expertise are what matter.
### 🔹 What You’ll Do:
• Contribute to **IT strategy, systems architecture & infrastructure optimization**
• Evaluate vendor management, procurement & third-party integrations
• Provide expertise in **security compliance, risk mitigation & regulatory standards**
• Review IT solutions and identify architecture or implementation gaps
• Share best practices in **IT leadership, mentoring & team development**
• Review workflows, documentation and IT processes
• Provide expert feedback through structured discussions and written assignments
Job Requirements:
✅ **5+ years** as an IT / Systems Manager
✅ Experience leading technical teams or enterprise infrastructure
✅ Strong expertise in **IT Strategy & Systems Architecture**
✅ Experience with vendor management & contract evaluation
✅ Knowledge of **ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR** or similar frameworks
✅ Strong analytical, communication & leadership skills
✅ Ability to work independently in a remote environment
