micro1 is hiring **CRM Operations Specialists** to support a customer project focused on optimizing **CRM, Sales Operations & AI workflows**.
🤖 **No prior AI experience is required** — your practical CRM expertise is what matters.
### 🔹 What You’ll Do:
• Evaluate CRM workflows, sales processes & automation logic
• Work with **Salesforce, HubSpot** and other CRM platforms
• Analyze and annotate CRM data and user interactions
• Identify process improvements and sales operations opportunities
• Validate AI-generated outputs against real-world sales processes
• Create and review CRM documentation, training materials & process guides
Job Requirements:
✅ **3+ years** of CRM & Sales Operations experience
✅ Strong experience with **Salesforce & HubSpot**
✅ Experience optimizing sales processes and automations
✅ Strong CRM data management & analytical skills
✅ Process mapping and workflow optimization experience
✅ Excellent written & verbal communication
⭐ Experience with **Close, Apollo, Salesloft, Intercom, Freshdesk, Shopify, Crayon or Funnel** is a plus
