### 🔹 About the Role
micro1 is partnering with a leading AI lab to bring on experienced **Management Consultants** for AI training and evaluation projects.
You'll use consulting skills in **structured problem-solving, business analysis, strategy, and research** to evaluate how AI models handle complex business problems.
### 🔹 What You’ll Do
• Evaluate AI model responses to business strategy and consulting problems
• Create high-quality prompts, model answers, and detailed feedback
• Apply structured frameworks to assess reasoning quality and identify gaps
• Collaborate with the project team as evaluation guidelines evolve
Job Requirements:
💼 **1+ year of experience** at a top consulting firm such as **McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Strategy&, L.E.K., Oliver Wyman**, or a comparable firm
📅 At least part of this experience must be within the **past 7 years**
🎓 Undergraduate degree from a **top-ranked university**
🌍 **Based in an English-speaking country**
📝 Excellent written English
📊 Strong skills in business strategy, problem-solving, business analysis, market research, and financial analysis
