### 🔹 About the Role
micro1 is partnering with a leading AI lab to hire finance professionals with experience in **Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Hedge Funds, or Growth Equity**.
You'll help evaluate and improve how next-generation AI models handle financial reasoning, valuation, markets, and real-world investment scenarios.
### 🔹 What You’ll Do
• Evaluate AI model outputs on valuation, financial modeling, markets, and investment analysis
• Create expert-level prompts and reference answers based on real deal experience
• Identify errors, weak reasoning, and unrealistic assumptions in AI responses
• Provide expert feedback to directly improve AI model performance
Job Requirements:
💼 **1+ year of experience** at a well-known financial firm or legitimate startup in:
**Investment Banking (IB) | Private Equity (PE) | Venture Capital (VC) | Hedge Funds | Growth Equity**
📅 At least part of this experience must be within the **past 7 years**
🎓 Undergraduate degree from a **top-ranked university**
🌍 **Based in an English-speaking country**
📝 Strong written communication skills in English
