📍 **Location:** Remote – Egypt Only

### Requirements:
• Excellent English with a clear, natural American accent
• Advanced hands-on experience with Shopify
• E-commerce customer support experience
• Strong experience handling orders, payments, refunds, cancellations & disputes
• Confident with outbound calls and difficult customers
• Experience with Freshdesk or similar platforms is a plus
• Reliable internet, professional headset & quiet workspace
Job Requirements:
• Handle phone, email & chat support
• Follow up with customers and unresolved issues
• Handle complaints and disputes
• De-escalate difficult situations
• Manage customer/order issues through Shopify
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records
