**Key Responsibilities:**
• Analyze market trends, competitors, banking products, pricing, and industry developments.
• Conduct market research, mystery shopping, surveys, and competitor analysis.
• Monitor local and international financial services, digital banking, and startup trends.
• Prepare market intelligence reports, regulatory analysis, and periodic market studies.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions across Retail, SME, Corporate, Digital, and Financial Inclusion.
• Coordinate research activities and collaborate with internal departments and external agencies.
Job Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Commerce, preferably Marketing.
💼 **Market Intelligence Lead:** 3–5 years of relevant experience.
💼 **Market Intelligence Executive:** Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
🏦 Excellent knowledge of banking products and the financial services market.
📊 Strong analytical, observational, communication, and presentation skills.
💻 Very good computer skills.
🌐 Fluency in Arabic & English.
