📅 Monday – Friday
Mediboost, an Australian healthcare marketing agency, is looking for a **Marketing Operations Manager** to coordinate delivery across SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Web Development, Copywriting, and QA teams.
🌎 You'll work with a global team across **Australia, Egypt, South Africa, Pakistan, the Philippines, and Greece**, supporting clients in Australia.
### 🔹 What You'll Own:
• Run the daily delivery and team coordination rhythm
• Manage **monday.com** boards, deadlines, reviews, and priorities
• Enforce QA checkpoints and improve SOPs
• Coordinate teams across multiple time zones
• Track overdue work, capacity, utilization, and delivery performance
• Build templates and light automations to reduce manual work
• Identify operational issues and propose practical solutions
• Support specialists and team leads with day-to-day accountability
Job Requirements:
✔ **5+ years** in Marketing Operations, Delivery, or Project Management within an agency
✔ Deep hands-on experience with **monday.com**
✔ Strong understanding of **SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, WordPress & Copywriting**
✔ Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔ Excellent process design and project coordination abilities
✔ Comfortable working across international time zones
✔ Healthcare or regulated-industry marketing experience is a plus
