### Job Responsibilities
🔹 Serve as the daily point of contact for customers regarding banking products and services
🔹 Build customer relationships and promote cross-selling opportunities
🔹 Develop new business and attract prospective customers
🔹 Process customer requests, account services, cards, loans, and checkbooks
🔹 Prepare and maintain loan applications and documentation
🔹 Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate banking advice
🔹 Manage assigned **Banky client portfolio** and follow up on customer requests
🔹 Monitor credit facilities, overdue installments, and portfolio risk
🔹 Handle customer complaints and identify new business opportunities
🔹 Maintain accurate customer files and supporting documents
🔹 Ensure compliance with QNB policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Job Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor's degree in **Business, Accounting, or Finance**
👨💼 **Fresh graduates** with fair knowledge of banking
🗣️ Fluency in **Arabic & English**
💻 Very good computer skills
📊 Strong analytical and observational skills
🤝 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
