💼 **Financial Operations Analyst**
📍 **Cairo, Egypt**
### Key Responsibilities
🔹 Perform daily reconciliation across **POS, E-commerce, PSP, BNPL, Wallet, Lending & Payout** channels
🔹 Monitor settlement cycles and payout status
🔹 Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies and unreconciled items
🔹 Monitor bank portals for rejected payments and payouts
🔹 Process instant settlement and fund transfer requests
🔹 Handle merchant financial inquiries and settlement-related requests
🔹 Coordinate with acquiring banks and PSPs on pending settlements and reconciliation issues
🔹 Prepare and process merchant settlement batches
🔹 Reconcile PSP, BNPL, Lending, and Payout transactions
🔹 Maintain accurate reconciliation records and discrepancy logs
🔹 Support weekly and monthly financial performance reports
🔹 Participate in process improvement initiatives
Job Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor's degree in **Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field**
💼 **1–2 years of experience** in financial operations, payment processing, or reconciliation
💳 Basic understanding of **settlement processes, payment channels & reconciliation**
📊 Proficiency in **Excel** and strong numerical accuracy
🎫 Familiarity with ticketing systems such as **Odoo**
🔍 Ability to analyze transactions and resolve discrepancies
⚡ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume fintech environment
