### What You’ll Do
🔹 Design and write expert-level AI evaluation tasks using realistic technical data such as **CSV, PDF, spreadsheets, and technical documents**
🔹 Create and curate source materials including product specifications, code samples, SME interview notes, and regulatory documentation
🔹 Define clear solution criteria and expected outputs for technical assignments
🔹 Develop detailed grading rubrics with **35+ evaluation criteria**
🔹 Assess outputs for accuracy, precision, testability, and audience alignment
🔹 Create documentation tasks such as **API references, user guides, and compliance documents**
🔹 Collaborate asynchronously with project teams to refine deliverables
Job Requirements:
✅ **2–4+ years** of experience with a portfolio in software, hardware, medical devices, or regulated industries
✅ Strong technical writing and structured authoring skills
✅ Ability to transform complex source material into clear, accurate documentation
✅ Excellent written English with strong control of technical tone and terminology
✅ Strong analytical and synthesis skills
✅ Experience defining acceptance criteria and evaluation rubrics
⭐ Familiarity with AI benchmarking or evaluation methodologies is a plus.
