### About the Role
micro1 is looking for experienced **Graphic Designers, Visual Designers, Editorial Designers, Layout Specialists, and Art Directors** to support an AI training project focused on **design analysis and annotation**.
You'll use your design expertise to analyze, describe, and structure visual assets across **print, digital, and motion media**.
### What You'll Do
🔹 Annotate editorial, poster, and marketing design assets
🔹 Analyze short video clips using professional composition and cinematography terminology
🔹 Deconstruct designs into compositional layers and structured metadata
🔹 Document hierarchy, geometry, typography, style, and visual systems
🔹 Create high-quality exemplar annotations for AI training datasets
🔹 Identify ambiguous cases and improve annotation guidelines
🔹 Work with project leads and quality-control teams
🔹 Use **Figma, Adobe Creative Suite**, and similar design tools
Job Requirements:
🎯 **3–5+ years** of experience in graphic, visual/brand, editorial, layout, print design, or art direction
🎨 Strong portfolio demonstrating **typography, color, layout & visual hierarchy**
💻 Expert-level skills with **Figma / Adobe Creative Suite / Canva** or equivalent
🧠 Strong understanding of design and composition terminology
🇬🇧 Strong written English for detailed annotation and documentation
🎬 Experience with motion design, video editing, or cinematography is a plus
🎓 Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, **or equivalent professional portfolio**
