💰 **$30 – $65/hour**

### What You’ll Do
• Evaluate Russian audio for **fluency, pronunciation & nativeness**
• Assess pronunciation, intonation and linguistic authenticity
• Provide clear, detailed feedback in English
• Identify subtle linguistic differences and issues
• Help improve AI understanding and generation of Russian
• Complete audio evaluation tasks accurately and on time
Job Requirements:
✅ Native-level **Russian** proficiency
✅ **B2+ English**
✅ Excellent written & verbal communication
✅ Strong attention to detail
✅ Background in **linguistics, phonetics, voice, audio engineering, media or teaching** is a plus
✅ Experience with audio analysis, transcription or linguistic assessment is highly valued
