🚨 **Breadfast is Hiring – Senior Commercial Manager**
📍 **Location:** Cairo, Egypt
💼 **Position:** Senior Commercial Manager
Breadfast is looking for an experienced commercial leader to build and lead its **international export and domestic B2B commercial functions**, with a strong focus on expanding Egyptian fresh produce into international markets.
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage international buyer relationships across EU & global markets
• Lead tenders, seasonal negotiations, pricing, export agreements, and contract performance
• Own export compliance and certification activities
• Coordinate with Planning & Operations on container bookings, cold chain, documentation, and shipment tracking
• Monitor international market prices, seasonal opportunities, and competitor activity
• Build export market intelligence and revenue forecasts
• Represent Breadfast at international trade fairs
• Manage FX exposure and coordinate risk mitigation with Finance
• Lead and provide strategic direction to the B2B Sales Manager
• Own the commercial P&L across Export and Domestic B2B channels
Job Requirements:
🎓 **8–12 years of experience** in fresh produce export, commercial trading, or international trading
🌍 Existing relationships with international importers, wholesalers, or supermarket procurement teams
📋 Strong knowledge of EU food safety regulations, phytosanitary requirements, and certification processes
📑 Experience with export contracts, **Letters of Credit (L/C)**, and export documentation
🗣️ Fluent English; German or French is a strong advantage
✈️ Willingness to travel internationally
