🚀 **Software Engineer (AI Training) – Remote**
📍 **Location:** Cairo, Egypt
🏠 **Work Type:** Fully Remote

⏱️ **Commitment:** 10–40 hours/week
**Alignerr** is looking for **Software Engineers in Cairo** to help train and improve next-generation AI systems.
You'll work directly with AI-generated code — writing solutions, debugging outputs, evaluating quality, and providing expert feedback to make AI coding systems smarter, safer, and more reliable.
🔹 **What You'll Do:**
• Write, debug, and optimize code
• Review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and best practices
• Identify bugs, security issues, and performance problems
• Explain technical decisions and provide structured feedback
• Design challenging coding prompts and edge cases
• Compare and rank AI-generated solutions
• Work independently and asynchronously
Job Requirements:
• Strong proficiency in **Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, TypeScript**, or similar
• Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written communication
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Self-motivated and reliable
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
⭐ **Nice to Have:**
AI/ML or LLM experience, prompt engineering, code review, technical writing, mentoring, cloud, DevOps, distributed systems, or open-source contributions.
🤖 **AI experience is helpful, but the core requirement is strong software engineering ability.**
