**SME Careers** is building an expert network of **Arabic Language Experts** for future AI training and evaluation projects.
🔹 **What You'll Do:**
• Create prompts and responses to train AI models
• Evaluate and rank AI-generated responses
• Assess accuracy, fluency, and contextual relevance
• Identify inaccuracies, biases, reasoning gaps, and unclear explanations
• Support Arabic AI localization and quality improvement
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in **Linguistics, Translation, Arabic Language, Communications, Journalism**, or related fields
• Native or near-native Arabic proficiency
• Strong command of **Modern Standard Arabic + at least one major Arabic dialect**
• Egyptian Arabic is preferred
• **C1+ English** proficiency in reading and writing
• 3+ years of experience in translation, localization, editorial QA, content quality, or linguistic review
• Excellent writing, editing, and attention-to-detail skills
• Strong fact-checking and analytical abilities
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment
