Marcom Trade is hiring a **Supply Chain Manager** to lead supply chain, procurement, logistics, inventory, and distribution activities.
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute global supply chain strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations
• Manage demand planning and forecasting activities
• Negotiate contracts and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability
• Analyze operational data and identify bottlenecks and cost-saving opportunities
• Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain and logistics team
• Manage local and international procurement activities
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• **5+ years of experience** as a Supply Chain Manager or similar role
• Strong Demand Planning and analytical skills
• Solid Procurement and Supply Management experience
• Strong Inventory Management knowledge
• Proficiency in ERP and supply chain management systems
• Deep understanding of logistics, inventory control, and local & foreign procurement
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English — written and spoken
• Willingness to travel when required
