Chevron is looking for a **Warehouse Coordinator** to support warehouse operations, inventory control, material handling, and safe logistics activities within its operations in Egypt.
### 📦 **Key Responsibilities**
🔹 Receive materials into the plant and ensure proper **warehouse storage and location control**.
🔹 Issue raw materials and consumables to Production while maintaining accurate stock records.
🔹 Manage **stock control systems** and reconcile deliveries against purchase orders.
🔹 Monitor base oils, packages, additives, and imported products to ensure sufficient inventory for production requirements.
🔹 Coordinate with **Supply Planning and Logistics** teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.
🔹 Support strong **Supplier Relationship Management** and supplier performance.
🔹 Ensure compliance with Chevron **OE, Quality, Compliance, and HSE** requirements.
🔹 Maintain safe and incident-free warehouse operations.
🔹 Perform inventory management, stock reconciliation, and material movement activities.
🔹 Coach and support employees, contractors, forklift drivers, transporters, and suppliers on safety and operational requirements.
🔹 Monitor contractor fleet assessments and ensure vehicles comply with Chevron safety standards.
🔹 Ensure proper **Journey Planning** and maintain required safety records and checklists.
Job Requirements:
✔ Minimum **2 years of relevant experience**.
✔ Strong experience in **Warehouse & Inventory Management**.
✔ Proficiency in **SAP**.
✔ Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint**.
✔ Good understanding of **HSE and warehouse safety procedures**.
✔ Ability to coordinate with suppliers, contractors, transporters, production, supply planning, and logistics teams.
💡 **Experience in Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Chemicals, Energy, or other industrial environments would be highly relevant.**
