LC Waikiki, one of the leading international fashion retail companies, is looking for an **Import & Export Specialist** to manage and coordinate foreign trade and logistics operations in Egypt.
### 🌍 **Key Responsibilities**
📦 Manage the company's **import and export operations**.
📑 Prepare and follow up on shipping and customs documentation in compliance with regulations.
🔎 Review key documents including:
• Proforma Invoice
• Commercial Invoice
• Packing List
• Bill of Lading (BL)
• Air Waybill (AWB)
🚢 Plan and coordinate logistics activities, including **freight quotations, transportation, and insurance**.
🤝 Coordinate with **international suppliers and customers**.
🏦 Work closely with **banks, customs brokers, and transportation companies**.
📋 Manage export declarations and **NAFEZA system processes**.
💻 Handle **CargoX and ACID** requirements.
📊 Conduct market research, pricing analysis, and quotation preparation.
📚 Stay updated on **Egyptian foreign trade and customs regulations**.
Job Requirements:
✔ Minimum **2 years of experience** in Foreign Trade / Import & Export Operations.
✔ Good command of **English**.
✔ Strong knowledge of Egyptian **import & export procedures**.
✔ Hands-on knowledge of **NAFEZA, CargoX & ACID**.
✔ Proficiency in **Microsoft Office**.
✔ Strong analytical and communication skills.
✔ Ability to work effectively in a **fast-paced international environment**.
