### 🔎 About the Role
Emirates NBD is looking for a **customer-focused Call Center Representative** to join its inbound contact center team in Cairo.
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a positive banking experience.
### 🎯 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Handle inbound customer calls promptly and professionally
🔹 Respond to inquiries about banking products and services
🔹 Resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating complex cases when needed
🔹 Accurately record customer information and interactions in the system
🔹 Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and processes
🔹 Follow established procedures and comply with **information security & data privacy** policies
Job Requirements:
✔️ Bachelor's degree in any field
✔️ **Excellent English communication skills** — written & verbal
✔️ Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
✔️ Willingness to work **rotational shifts and weekends**
✔️ **Available to join immediately**
✔️ Proactive and customer-centric approach
✔️ Previous customer service experience is a plus, especially in **banking**
