The work centers on **data accuracy, validation, error detection and format reconciliation** — helping train AI agents to handle realistic, high-stakes data workflows.

### What You’ll Do
🔹 Design realistic data-entry and validation tasks for AI agents
🔹 Create and curate complex datasets across **CSVs, PDFs, spreadsheets & technical documents**
🔹 Introduce realistic issues such as **missing data, malformed records & inconsistent formats**
🔹 Define the correct final state and required reconciliation for each task
🔹 Develop detailed **35+ criteria grading rubrics** focused on accuracy and error detection
🔹 Test AI outputs for completeness, consistency and data integrity
🔹 Create scenarios reflecting **regulated and audit-sensitive environments**
🔹 Collaborate remotely to refine evaluation materials and standards
Job Requirements:
✅ Strong background in **Data Entry, Data Validation or Quality Assurance**
✅ Experience working with accuracy-sensitive or audit-sensitive data
✅ Excellent **error detection and data reconciliation** skills
✅ Ability to identify missing data, inconsistencies, formatting issues and silent truncations
✅ Strong written English
✅ Exceptional attention to detail
