Your real-world procurement expertise will help create realistic sourcing scenarios and benchmarks that train AI systems to reason through complex purchasing decisions.

### What You’ll Do
🔹 Design realistic procurement tasks covering **RFPs, bid evaluation, supplier scoring & contract negotiation**
🔹 Create procurement artifacts such as **supplier quotations, specification sheets, pricing tables & technical documents**
🔹 Analyze inconsistent vendor submissions and build defensible comparison frameworks
🔹 Develop well-reasoned sourcing recommendations based on cost, quality, terms and requirements
🔹 Create detailed grading rubrics for AI evaluation of **vendor comparison, bid analysis & contract reasoning**
🔹 Build scenarios across **IT, industrial & professional-services procurement**
🔹 Document procurement challenges, decisions and evaluation standards clearly
🔹 Collaborate with project teams to review and refine tasks and rubrics
Job Requirements:
✅ **4+ years of corporate or public-sector procurement experience**
✅ Hands-on experience with **supplier analysis, bid matrices & contract negotiation**
✅ Strong ability to analyze non-standardized vendor submissions
✅ Experience creating detailed **supplier comparison matrices**
✅ Strong category knowledge in **IT, industrial or professional-services procurement**
✅ Excellent written English and procurement documentation skills
✅ Strong understanding of procurement best practices and regulatory frameworks
✅ Strong analytical and contract reasoning skills
✅ Exceptional attention to detail
