Your hands-on technical expertise will help create realistic engineering scenarios used to train and evaluate next-generation AI systems.

### What You’ll Do
🔹 Design realistic technician workflow tasks involving **test setup, instrumentation, data collection & failure diagnosis**
🔹 Create technical datasets from real lab or production scenarios, including **test logs, calibration records, sensor outputs & failure reports**
🔹 Interpret test data and determine accurate diagnostic pathways and next-step recommendations
🔹 Develop rigorous **35+ item grading rubrics** for instrumentation, data interpretation & failure analysis
🔹 Document test procedures, observations and diagnostic findings with high precision
🔹 Create evaluation tasks that reflect **real professional practice**, beyond simplified textbook examples
Job Requirements:
✅ **4+ years of hands-on experience** in lab, testing or production environments
✅ Background in **Mechanical Engineering Technology** or a related technical discipline
✅ Associate degree or recognized trade/technical credential preferred
✅ Strong experience with **instrumentation, sensors & data acquisition systems**
✅ Prototype testing and mechanical testing experience
✅ Strong technical documentation skills
✅ Ability to interpret complex datasets and diagnose **equipment or process failures**
✅ Familiarity with **CSVs, spreadsheets, PDFs and technical documentation**
✅ Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
