Job Description:
💡 **Senior Logistics Specialist**
**Delta Egypt For Lighting** is hiring a **Senior Logistics Specialist** in Obour City, Cairo.

### 🔎 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Review shipment files, shipping offers, SWIFT documents, and commercial documentation
🔹 Prepare and process **Form 4** in compliance with regulations
🔹 Record goods receipt transactions accurately on **SAP**
🔹 Follow up with warehouses on signed goods receipt documents
🔹 Review and follow up on freight forwarder invoices
🔹 Monitor withdrawals and prepare withdrawal packing lists and notifications
🔹 Maintain broker-related data and records using **Excel**
🔹 Follow up and close **SWIFT transactions** and shipment files
🔹 Coordinate courier shipments, payments, packing lists, and shipment closing
🔹 Follow up on logistics and shipping-related payments
🔹 Ensure compliance with company policies, financial procedures, and logistics regulations
🔹 Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
Job Requirements:
✔️ Bachelor's degree in **Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field**
✔️ **4+ years** of experience in logistics or a similar role
✔️ Knowledge of logistics software or **transport management systems**
✔️ Basic accounting knowledge
✔️ Excellent organizational and time-management skills
✔️ Good communication skills
