Job Description:
📦 **Senior Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Specialist**
**Hitachi Energy** is hiring a **Senior Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Specialist** in New Heliopolis, Cairo.
📍 **Location:** New Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt

### 🔎 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Oversee daily **shipping & receiving** operations, including unloading, inspection, counting, storage and loading
🔹 Verify incoming/outgoing shipments against **POs, invoices and packing lists**
🔹 Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely
🔹 Prepare shipping documents, customs forms and shipping labels
🔹 Coordinate with **Production, Procurement and Sales** to ensure timely material availability and delivery
🔹 Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning, data entry and cycle counting
🔹 Identify and report discrepancies, damages and quality issues
🔹 Support warehouse layout optimization and efficient material retrieval
🔹 Train and mentor junior warehouse staff on procedures and safety
🔹 Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
🔹 Participate in inventory audits and process improvement initiatives
Job Requirements:
✔️ High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree in **Logistics, Supply Chain or related field** preferred
✔️ **3–5 years** of relevant warehouse shipping & receiving experience
✔️ Proven forklift/material handling experience; certification preferred
✔️ Strong knowledge of **warehouse operations, inventory control and logistics**
✔️ Proficiency in **WMS and ERP systems**
✔️ Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
✔️ Ability to lift/move objects up to **50 lbs** and stand for extended periods
✔️ Strong communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills
✔️ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices
