📦 **Warehouse Officer**
A **Confidential Company** is hiring a **Warehouse Officer** in Sheraton, Cairo.
📍 **Location:** Sheraton, Cairo, Egypt

### 🔎 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Manage inventory additions, disposals, examination records, and related warehouse documentation
🔹 Handle stock coding and all inventory entries, including additions and issue orders
🔹 Ensure proper storage conditions based on product characteristics, including temperature and storage areas
🔹 Execute and record all warehouse transactions on **Odoo ERP** on the same day
🔹 Manage storage activities according to warehouse locations and product requirements
🔹 Track **Lot Numbers, Serial Numbers, and Expiry Dates**
🔹 Apply **FEFO (First Expire, First Out)** for proper stock rotation
🔹 Prepare picking, delivery, and dispatch orders and verify quantities and item codes
🔹 Execute internal transfers, returns, and inventory transactions through Odoo
🔹 Monitor inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies and variances
🔹 Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and storage requirements for sensitive medical products
🔹 Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams
Job Requirements:
✔️ Bachelor's degree in **Commerce or a relevant field**
✔️ **3–7 years** of warehouse operations experience
✔️ Healthcare, Laboratory, or Pharmaceutical experience is preferred
✔️ Experience with **ERP systems**, preferably Odoo ERP
✔️ Good knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management
✔️ Good **Microsoft Office & Excel** skills
✔️ Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
✔️ Good communication and coordination skills
✔️ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
✔️ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
