### 🔎 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Lead warehouse teams and drive **productivity, quality, and safety** goals
🔹 Communicate team goals, results, and track key **warehouse KPIs**
🔹 Execute daily work plans and adjust workflows to meet operational targets
🔹 Provide coaching, performance feedback, and on-the-job training
🔹 Identify staffing, training, and cross-training needs
🔹 Monitor and communicate warehouse team performance
🔹 Conduct process quality checks and support continuous improvement initiatives
🔹 Ensure customer-specific requirements and delivery deadlines are met
🔹 Review logistics center performance and identify improvement areas
Job Requirements:
✔️ Bachelor's degree
✔️ Strong understanding of **warehouse operations** in distribution and/or manufacturing environments
✔️ **1–3 years** of direct supervisory experience
✔️ Familiarity with **Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)** is a plus
✔️ Excellent written and spoken **English**
✔️ Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
✔️ High attention to detail and ability to identify operational trends
