Senior Procurement Engineer – Sheikh Zayed, Egypt (Full-Time)

URBAN CRAFT is hiring a Senior Procurement & Subcontractors Engineer to join the head office in Sheikh Zayed.

If you have strong experience in construction procurement, materials sourcing, subcontractor management, and negotiation — this role is built for you. 🏗️💼

🔷 Responsibilities:

📋 Reviewing BOQs, drawings & specs to identify all material and subcontracting needs

🧭 Sourcing, evaluating & negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors

📨 Preparing RFQs, comparison sheets, and commercial/technical evaluations

📝 Preparing purchase orders & subcontractor agreements

🗂️ Updating supplier & subcontractor databases

🤝 Coordinating with Technical Office, Planning & Site teams

⏱️ Monitoring supplier/subcontractor performance & delivery timelines

✔️ Ensuring compliance with project specs & quality standards

📊 Preparing periodic procurement and subcontracting reports

🔷 Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering

Minimum 3+ years in procurement or subcontractor management (construction/contracting)

Strong knowledge of civil, concrete, finishing & MEP materials

Excellent negotiation & vendor management skills

Strong MS Office proficiency (especially Excel)

High organizational & analytical skills

🧭 Work Details:

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Location: Sheikh Zayed – Head Office
