🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the country’s end-to-end logistics operations and strategy
• Serve as a key member of the Country Leadership Team
• Oversee warehousing, transportation, distribution, customs clearance, and inventory management
• Manage relationships and performance of Logistics Service Providers (LSPs)
• Own logistics budgets, cost optimization initiatives, and financial performance
• Drive continuous improvement, Lean transformation, and operational excellence programs
• Develop and monitor logistics KPIs, SLAs, and performance dashboards
• Lead strategic sourcing and contract management activities with logistics partners
• Ensure inventory accuracy, governance, and working capital optimization
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing logistics team
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and business continuity requirements
• Drive logistics digitalization and network optimization initiatives
Job Requirements:
• Extensive experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or Distribution Management
• Strong leadership experience managing large-scale logistics operations
• Proven track record in logistics strategy, budgeting, and cost optimization
• Experience managing third-party logistics providers (3PLs/LSPs)
• Strong knowledge of warehousing, inventory management, and transportation operations
• Experience with Lean, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence initiatives
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior leadership
