🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Training Manager in developing and delivering training programs for the Customer’s personnel
• Ensure training activities comply with contractual requirements, standards, and international best practices
• Provide expert advice on training-related matters to project management teams
• Participate in project meetings related to training with customers, contractors, and subcontractors
• Review and evaluate training materials and programs using a Systematic Approach to Training
• Prepare reports and recommendations regarding training effectiveness and compliance
• Support the review of contractor and subcontractor training documentation
• Assist the Customer in evaluating training deliverables and correspondence
• Support assessment of training effectiveness and capability development initiatives
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Master’s Degree preferred)
• Minimum 8 years of experience in nuclear power plant training programs and contractor oversight
• Experience in project-based environments
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Excellent report writing and documentation skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Russian language knowledge is a plus
• Ability to work effectively within multicultural teams
