🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Implement sourcing plans to ensure quality, delivery, and cost objectives are achieved
• Manage sourcing projects, timelines, and supplier performance
• Conduct RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and bidding processes
• Evaluate and audit suppliers to ensure quality and delivery standards
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with suppliers
• Coordinate supplier qualification and sourcing activities with quality teams
• Support supply continuity and portfolio management
• Identify and implement cost-saving and process improvement opportunities
• Ensure compliance with company sourcing policies and procedures
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sourcing or Procurement
• Strong supplier management and negotiation skills
• Experience with sourcing processes, bidding, and contract management
• Ability to evaluate supplier performance and manage sourcing projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
