Job Description:
✅ Manage export shipments and oversee payment procedures related to import and export operations.
✅ Coordinate cargo insurance and shipping documentation processes.
✅ Supervise cargo loading, transportation permits, and heavy/over-dimensional shipments.
✅ Manage customs clearance documentation and re-import procedures.
✅ Coordinate with customs agencies, embassies, chambers of commerce, and government entities.
✅ Follow up with Finance, Treasury, and Accounting teams regarding logistics payments and invoices.
✅ Prepare logistics finance reports and support project logistics activities.
✅ Ensure compliance with HSE policies, risk assessments, and environmental standards.
Job Requirements:
✔ Strong experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, and international transportation.
✔ Solid knowledge of export/import documentation and customs clearance procedures.
✔ Experience handling heavy cargo, project logistics, and international shipments.
✔ Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Ability to work closely with finance, customs, and operations teams.
