🔹 About the Role:
Insutech is looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end import and export operations, customs processes, logistics planning, and supply chain optimization. The role focuses on improving operational efficiency, reducing logistics costs, and leading a high-performing logistics team.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage end-to-end import and export operations, including customs clearance and shipping documentation
✅ Handle temporary admission and drawback procedures
✅ Coordinate freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers
✅ Develop shipment plans based on production and demand forecasts
✅ Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, production, and finance teams
✅ Monitor logistics KPIs such as OTIF, shipment cycle time, customs clearance time, and cost per shipment
✅ Optimize logistics costs and minimize demurrage and detention charges
✅ Lead continuous process improvement initiatives across logistics operations
✅ Ensure compliance with customs regulations, safety standards, and company policies
✅ Manage logistics budgets and lead, mentor, and develop the logistics team
Job Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
✔ 10–15 years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
✔ Strong knowledge of import/export operations, customs regulations, temporary admission, and drawback procedures
✔ Experience managing logistics KPIs and performance metrics
✔ Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
✔ Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications
✔ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
