We looking for experienced **Data Science & AI professionals** to help train and improve next-generation AI systems.
This opportunity is designed for professionals who can combine **data science expertise, analytical reasoning, technical writing, research, and AI evaluation**.
### 🔹 What You'll Do
• Review and refine AI-generated data and analytical outputs
• Develop and optimize prompts for AI models
• Evaluate AI outputs using detailed project rubrics
• Conduct independent research and fact-check AI-generated content
• Annotate data and perform quality assurance reviews
• Interpret complex datasets and findings
• Prepare analytical reports and technical summaries
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and reasoning issues
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI model performance
• Collaborate asynchronously with project leads and other experts
### 🔹 Who They're Looking For
Job Requirements:
✅ **3+ years** of experience in:
**Data Science • Machine Learning • Applied AI • Statistics • Quantitative Analytics • Data Analytics**
✅ Experience producing or reviewing:
• Research papers
• Analytical reports
• Experiment summaries
• Jupyter notebooks
• Technical documentation
✅ Strong analytical & critical-thinking skills
✅ Excellent professional / technical writing
✅ Data interpretation & logical reasoning
✅ Attention to detail & quality assurance
✅ Experience with data annotation or rubric-based evaluation is a plus
✅ Prompt Engineering / AI Evaluation / RLHF experience is a plus
🎓 **Master's, MBA, PhD, JD or other advanced degree preferred.**

You don't necessarily need previous AI-training experience.
Your **professional domain expertise and ability to analyze, evaluate, research, and communicate accurately** are what matter most.
