Turing is hiring **LLM Trainers** to help improve next-generation Large Language Models through realistic, multi-turn conversations and **AI agent function-calling scenarios**.
This role is ideal for technical and analytical professionals who understand **APIs, structured data, logical reasoning, and real-world AI assistant behavior.**
### 🔹 What You'll Do
• Design realistic multi-turn conversations between users and AI assistants
• Simulate assistants using tools such as **Calendar, Email, Maps, and Drive**
• Model realistic tool/function calls when required
• Create scenarios involving complex decision-making and reasoning
• Demonstrate when an AI assistant should complete a task, ask for clarification, or recognize limitations
• Ensure conversations follow defined quality and formatting guidelines
• Improve examples based on reviewer feedback
• Collaborate with peers to maintain consistency and quality
Job Requirements:
✅ **3+ years of professional experience** in a technical or analytical field
✅ Strong technical & logical reasoning
✅ Understanding of **APIs and data formats such as JSON**
✅ Experience with **Python, Java, JavaScript, or another programming language/technical stack**
✅ Excellent written English
✅ Ability to break complex tasks into logical steps
✅ Strong attention to detail
✅ Creativity in building realistic scenarios
✅ Ability to follow detailed guidelines consistently
⭐ Experience with **LLMs, AI assistants, or function-calling frameworks** is a plus.
### ⏰ Commitment
Choose:
**20 hrs/week | 30 hrs/week | 40 hrs/week**
Minimum **4 hours/day**, including **4 hours overlap with PST**.
📅 **Contract: 6 weeks**
