Job Description:
🏦 Bank Teller | Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank – Egypt (ADIB)**
**ADIB Egypt** is hiring a **Bank Teller** in Cairo to handle cash transactions, customer requests, cheque processing, transfers, and daily branch operations.
📍 **Location:** Cairo, Egypt
💼 **Experience:** 0–2 years
🎓 **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree
📌 **Internship experience / university activities are preferred**
### 🔥 Key Responsibilities
• Handle cash deposits & withdrawals in EGP and foreign currency
• Process cheque deposits, withdrawals and clearing transactions
• Verify customer IDs and signatures
• Maintain accurate cash balances with **zero shortages/excesses**
• Handle customer inquiries and escalate complaints when required
• Coordinate daily branch cash requirements
• Prepare cash reports and archive daily transactions
• Process incoming transfers through **ADIB Remit**
• Identify potential sales opportunities and refer customers appropriately
• Ensure compliance with **CBE, AML and ADIB policies**
• Support UAT testing and investigate customer complaints
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• **0–2 years of relevant experience**
• Previous internship or university activities preferred
• Very good **MS Word & MS Excel** skills
• Good communication and self-motivation
• CV should include **educational background & residence area**
