📍 **Location:** 5th Settlement, New Cairo, Egypt
EgyBell is hiring a **Junior Credit Controller** to support credit control operations, customer accounts, payment tracking, ERP updates, and collection activities.
### **Key Responsibilities**
📋 Provide administrative support to the Credit Control team.
🗂️ Maintain customer master data, records, and filing systems.
📄 Prepare statements, reminders, correspondence, and reports.
💰 Monitor payment schedules and overdue customer accounts.
🤝 Coordinate with Finance, Leasing, Property Management, Legal teams, and customers.
💻 Update **SAP/Yardi ERP systems** with customer and payment information.
🧾 Maintain records of bounced cheques, payment plans, and legal cases.
📊 Monitor the ETA tax portal for failed e-invoices.
🏦 Process and record daily cheque receipts and ensure timely payment clearance.
📨 Prepare and track default notices and collection correspondence.
🔎 Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up in line with company policies.
Job Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree in **Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration**.
✔ **1–2 years of experience** in administration, finance support, or credit control.
✔ Real estate experience is preferred.
✔ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
✔ Good communication and follow-up abilities.
✔ Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
