Karnak Real Estate Developments is looking for a **Treasury Accountant** to manage daily treasury activities, cash operations, bank reconciliations, payments, collections, and liquidity reporting.
### **Key Responsibilities**
💰 Monitor daily cash balances and treasury activities.
📊 Prepare cash flow reports and support liquidity planning.
🏦 Manage daily banking operations and reconcile bank accounts.
💳 Ensure timely execution of payments and collections.
📑 Maintain accurate records of treasury transactions.
📈 Analyze liquidity requirements and support financial forecasting.
📋 Support the preparation and review of financial statements.
🤝 Coordinate with Finance and Operations teams on cash and payment requirements.
🎯 Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
🔎 Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights for decision-making.
Job Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree in **Accounting, Finance, or a related field**.
✔ **1–3 years of experience** in treasury, cash management, or accounting.
✔ Experience with daily banking operations and liquidity planning.
✔ Strong cash flow analysis and forecasting skills.
✔ Good understanding of financial statements.
✔ Strong analytical and numerical skills.
✔ Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** and financial software.
✔ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
✔ CMA, CPA, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
