**J&T Express Egypt** is hiring a **Quality Control Manager** to lead the Quality function and drive operational excellence across its logistics network.
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Lead and develop the Quality Control team.
• Monitor end-to-end parcel transit time, backlog, and operational performance.
• Drive mis-sorting control and reduce operational errors.
• Conduct compliance audits and identify operational non-compliance.
• Lead investigations related to damage, loss, claims, and data anti-fraud.
• Conduct **Root Cause Analysis (RCA)** and implement **CAPA**.
• Analyze customer complaints and identify systemic quality issues.
• Develop and implement network-wide SOPs and quality standards.
• Ensure internal audit and **ISO 9001** compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement across the operational network.
Job Requirements:
• **3+ years of experience in personnel/team management.**
• Strong background in **Quality Control / Quality Assurance**.
• Logistics, shipping, or e-commerce experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple quality initiatives across a large operational network.
