### What You’ll Do
🔹 Design realistic production-management evaluation tasks
🔹 Create and curate production artifacts such as **budgets, contracts, call sheets, delivery schedules & crew assignments**
🔹 Develop solutions involving multiple production constraints
🔹 Build detailed **35+ criteria rubrics** to evaluate decision-making and judgment
🔹 Document production workflows clearly in written English
🔹 Collaborate remotely to refine tasks and maintain industry authenticity
🔹 Apply real-world production experience to challenging AI evaluation scenarios
Job Requirements:
✅ **5+ years of credited project experience** in Film, TV, Digital, or Live Events
✅ Hands-on responsibility for **production budgets, call sheets & contracts**
✅ Strong vendor and crew coordination experience
✅ Ability to balance **time, cost & resources** under pressure
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication
✅ Strong analytical and multi-constraint judgment
✅ Comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment
