### 🔎 About the Role
The **Talent Acquisition Specialist** will manage the **full recruitment lifecycle** across various roles at AMC, partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess and hire qualified talent while maintaining a strong candidate experience and talent pipeline.
### 💼 What You’ll Do
🔹 Manage the **end-to-end recruitment process** from sourcing through hiring
🔹 Source and attract candidates through relevant recruitment channels and platforms
🔹 Screen CVs and conduct candidate interviews
🔹 Coordinate assessments and support effective hiring decisions
🔹 Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements
🔹 Create and maintain accurate **job descriptions**
🔹 Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future vacancies
🔹 Support **employer branding** initiatives and promote AMC's employee value proposition
🔹 Ensure a positive and professional **candidate experience**
🔹 Maintain recruitment data and prepare hiring reports
🔹 Use **ATS and HR systems** to manage recruitment activities
🔹 Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and applicable regulations
🔹 Support fair, inclusive and non-discriminatory hiring practices
Job Requirements:
✔️ Bachelor's degree in **Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field**
✔️ **1+ year of End-to-End Recruiting experience**
✔️ Strong experience in **Full-Cycle Recruitment**
✔️ Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
✔️ Understanding of **Talent Acquisition best practices**
✔️ Knowledge of local labor market trends and recruitment tools/platforms
✔️ Experience with **ATS and HR-related software**
✔️ Employer branding knowledge is a plus
✔️ Good Microsoft Office skills
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Strong organization and time-management abilities
✔️ Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines effectively
