### 🔎 About the Role
The **Team Leader – Payment Operations** will supervise a small team within **Clearing and Centralized PDC**, ensuring transactions are accurately reviewed and processed in line with established operating procedures and turnaround times.
### 💼 What You’ll Do
🔹 Perform **first-level checking and scrutiny** of transactions related to Clearing and centralized PDC activities
🔹 Ensure transactions are processed accurately and within established **TATs and operating procedures**
🔹 Supervise and support a small team within **Clearing & PDC**
🔹 Monitor transaction processing and ensure adherence to operational standards
🔹 Provide value-added operational support to enhance service quality
🔹 Help maintain high levels of **customer satisfaction** through accurate and timely processing
🔹 Support effective implementation of payment operations procedures and controls
🔹 Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve operational issues and maintain smooth processing
