Job Description:
✔ Prepare and analyze product cost sheets and cost structures
✔ Monitor raw materials, labor, and overhead costs
✔ Analyze cost variances and recommend cost control actions
✔ Support budgeting, forecasting, and inventory valuation
✔ Collaborate closely with production and supply chain teams
✔ Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
Job Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
✔ Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial/manufacturing costing (mandatory)
✔ Strong knowledge of cost accounting methods and inventory control
✔ Factory experience (preferably cables or heavy manufacturing)
✔ Good command of Excel and ERP systems
✔ Strong analytical and communication skills
