**About the Role**
We looking for **MCP Experts** to help train next-generation AI systems by creating Reinforcement Learning environments that test AI agents on real-world software engineering tasks using **Model Context Protocol (MCP)** tools.
**Key Responsibilities:**
🔹 Create realistic software engineering tasks using MCP tools
🔹 Fix bugs, implement features, refactor code, and optimize performance
🔹 Build reproducible environments and deterministic verification
🔹 Develop golden reference solutions for AI evaluation
🔹 Evaluate AI-generated solutions and maintain high-quality standards
Job Requirements:
✅ Strong experience with **Python, C++, Java, Go, TypeScript, or Rust**
✅ Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures
✅ Experience debugging complex software issues
✅ Feature development and codebase refactoring experience
✅ Performance optimization skills
✅ Strong written and verbal English communication
**Preferred:**
⭐ Experience with large-scale/distributed codebases
⭐ Familiarity with AI/ML systems
⭐ Experience with code reviews and software engineering best practices
